Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, you must have valid proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please reach out to us directly and privately for all inquiries regarding returns or refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage occurs from improper care of your product, it is not eligible to be refunded.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom/personalized items and earrings. We do not accept returns for many of these products, as they cannot be resold. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will do our best to resolve any issues due to improper quality.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will do everything within our control to process any refunds efficiently.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us so we can attempt to find resolution. Any return that has been accepted will not require a restocking fee.

Final Sale
Items not available for return are not distinctly ineligible for refund, though will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Final sale items will be marked accordingly.
